Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar
Arrive at Srinagar Airport and transfer to your hotel. In the evening enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake surrounded by beautiful mountains and houseboats. Later take a stroll along Boulevard Road which offers great views of the lake.
Day 2: Srinagar Mughal Gardens
Visit the beautiful Mughal Gardens built during the Mughal era including Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. These gardens are famous for their symmetrical design, fountains and views of Dal Lake. The afternoon is free to explore local markets and handicraft shops.
Day 3: Srinagar to Pahalgam
Drive to Pahalgam through scenic countryside dotted with saffron fields and small villages. Stop at the historic Avantipur ruins along the way. Arrive in Pahalgam and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere along the Lidder River.
Day 4: Pahalgam Sightseeing
Explore famous valleys around Pahalgam including Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari. These areas are known for lush green landscapes, rivers and snow peaks. You may enjoy nature walks or pony rides through the scenic valley.
Day 5: Return to Srinagar
Drive back to Srinagar enjoying mountain landscapes along the way. Spend the evening exploring local markets and buying Kashmiri souvenirs.
Day 6: Departure
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
