  • Failure to arrive within the stipulated check-in and boarding times may result in denied boarding without compensation.

Important Cruise Information

• • Boarding commences approximately 4 hours before sailing.
  • Boarding closes approximately 2 hours before sailing.
  • Online Cruise Web Check-In is mandatory.
  • All guests must be onboard at least 2 hours before departure.
  • Disembarkation generally begins approximately 2 hours after docking.
  • Timings shown are based on local port time while the ship follows Singapore time.
  • Guests receive a Daily Programme List after check-in detailing onboard activities and entertainment.
  • The cabin key also functions as an onboard currency card.
  • All onboard purchases and gratuities are charged to the cabin account and settled during checkout.
  • Alcohol cannot be brought onboard. Liquor packages may be purchased onboard.
  • Swimming costumes are mandatory for use of swimming pool facilities.
  • Checkout and final disembarkation procedures may take approximately two hours.
  • Guests entering and re-entering Singapore must complete the Singapore SG Arrival Card as required.
