  • Cruise schedules, arrival times, and departure times may be adjusted due to operational, weather, port authority, or safety requirements.
  • Guests must complete online check-in requirements before sailing.
  • Boarding and check-in deadlines must be strictly followed.
  • Failure to arrive before the boarding cut-off time may result in denied boarding without compensation.
  • Onboard purchases, gratuities, and other applicable charges will be posted to the guest’s cabin account and must be settled before disembarkation.
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all immigration, passport, visa, and arrival card requirements.
  • Cruise line policies, safety regulations, and onboard rules must be adhered to throughout the voyage.

Important Cruise Information

• • All itinerary timings are based on local port time; the ship follows Singapore time.
  • Boarding starts approximately 4 hours before sailing.
  • Boarding closes approximately 2 hours before sailing.
  • All guests must be onboard at least 2 hours prior to departure.
  • Online Cruise Web Check-In is mandatory.
  • Disembarkation generally begins approximately 2 hours after docking.
  • Your cabin key also functions as an onboard currency card for purchases and gratuities.
  • All onboard charges must be settled during check-out.
  • A Daily Programme List will be provided after check-in detailing onboard activities and entertainment.
  • Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol onboard. Beverage and liquor packages may be purchased onboard.
  • A swimming costume is mandatory for access to the swimming pool.
  • Check-out and final settlement procedures may take approximately 2 hours. Guests should plan return flights accordingly.
  • Singapore Arrival Card (SG Arrival Card) must be completed twice—once when entering Singapore and again when re-entering Singapore after the cruise.
  • Melaka is indicated as a tender port.
